Content on the Site—including service descriptions, project examples, timelines, and FAQs—is for general information about our construction services. It is not a bid, proposal, warranty, engineering opinion, or guarantee of price, schedule, or results. Actual scope, pricing, and schedule are only established in a written agreement signed by Epex and the client.

When you submit a form or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractor–client relationship or obligate either party to proceed with a project.
Project-related text messages
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Epex Construction's SMS program.
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on an Epex Construction form, you agree to receive construction inquiry responses, consultation scheduling messages and project updates at the phone number you provide. This consent does not enroll you in marketing text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Intellectual property
Site text, graphics, logos, photos, and layout are owned by Epex or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt security, overload servers, scrape content at scale, submit spam or malware, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
7. Third-party services
The Site may use third-party tools (forms, analytics, advertising, maps, or embeds). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPEX DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPEX AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). These limits do not affect liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, or liability under a separate signed construction contract.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epex from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms is in state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless a signed construction contract says otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
